Appointments
Routine Health Maintenance Visits are recommended according to the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In children from age 2 onward yearly check-ups are the standard. Follow-up visits will be scheduled at the time of an office visit or by calling the office to schedule. Video Visits are available for medication follow ups and some same day appointments. The provider may request an in office visit for vitals or further exam. If interested in a video visit, please contact our office to see if the visit type being requesting is able to be completed via video. Same day urgent visits, follow ups, and routine appointments can be scheduled by calling 518-562-0151.
Insurance and Billing
Our office accepts most major insurances. Details can be discussed by calling the office.(credit cards cannot be accepted for less than $ 10.00)
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
Facilities and Equipment
Our practice uses an electronic health record and is connected to labs and hospitals for electronic download of data and information. Faxes of records can facilitate communication with referrals and consultants. Some lab test and other testing ( hearing and vision testing, tympanometry, spirometry) are available in our office.
Hospital Affiliations
Our practice is not affiliated with Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital and Medical Center Hospital of Vermont. Occasionally patients are referred to Albany Medical Center or other regional teaching hospitals as needed.
